4月8日，北京市公安局发布“关于对《北京市养犬管理规定（修正草案）》公开征集意见的公告”。公开征求意见将于5月7日截止。征求意见稿要求养犬登记时植入电子标识，该电子标识免费植入、信息联网，是犬只的永久“身份证”和养犬管理的基础。
