你有没有过这样的时刻：

后来慢慢懂得，不圆满，才是生活的常态。

工作会有瓶颈，感情会有波折，家庭会有琐碎，人生会有风雨。那些突如其来的变故，那些求而不得的遗憾，那些擦肩而过的人，都不是生活故意为难你，而是人生本来的样子。

允许一切发生，不是消极妥协，不是躺平认命，而是一种通透的智慧，一种强大的自愈力。

允许计划被打乱，你才能遇见不期而遇的惊喜；允许感情有遗憾，你才能学会放下与成长；允许努力没有结果，你才能懂得尽力就好；允许自己不完美，你才能真正接纳自己。

人这一生，最累的，从来不是生活的苦，而是心里的执念。

执念太深，就会被烦恼缠绕；心有不甘，就会被痛苦纠缠。你越计较，越痛苦；越强求，越失去。

当你试着放宽心，告诉自己：没关系，就这样吧。

事不成，就顺其自然；人不留，就体面告别；路不通，就转弯绕行；心不快，就自我安抚。

你会突然发现，曾经让你辗转反侧的事，其实没那么重要；曾经让你耿耿于怀的人，其实早已该放下。

不必追求事事圆满，不必苛求人人满意，不必强迫自己活成别人期待的样子。

饿了就吃饭，累了就休息，难过就倾诉，迷茫就停下来。不用和别人比生活，不用盯着别人的幸福，过好自己的小日子，守好自己的小情绪，就是最好的人生。

风来听风，雨来听雨，万事随缘，随心就好。

接受突如其来的失去，珍惜不期而遇的惊喜。原谅生活的不完美，放过执着的自己。
