格隆汇4月2日丨至纯科技(603690.SH)在投资者互动平台表示，公司作为国内领先的系统集成及半导体湿法设备供应商，主要客户为集成电路制造领域的一线企业，包括中芯国际、华虹公司、上海华力、长江存储、长鑫科技、燕东微、士兰微等国内主流晶圆制造企业。在手订单中集成电路领域占比85.3%，服务于12英寸集成电路客户占比达89.10%。公司未参与特斯拉相关项目。
