有投资者在互动平台向天原股份提问：“公司坚称股价没有异动，10月30日中午13:00:00-13:00:01的一秒内，共有17万手股票卖出，合计金额1亿元左右，造成股价异动，近一年来，几乎每天都有大单对倒，甚至每天都有连续5个挂单尾数都是4的情况，难道不属于异动？”
针对上述提问，天原股份回应称：“尊敬的投资者，您好！股票二级市场交易属于市场行为，谢谢关注！”
