Rising with Momentum over Two Decades

Over the past 20 years, amid China's accession to the WTO and the rise of its automotive industry, Zhongding has seized the dual driving forces of the times, forged ahead with momentum, and achieved remarkable leapfrog development.

中鼎抓牢国家产业结构调整的机遇，勇敢选择“走出去”，逐步推进全球化战略，经历了以市场、品牌与技术、战略布局与整合为导向的发展阶段，并形成了“中鼎的核心能力”。

Seizing the opportunities brought by China's industrial restructuring, Zhongding bravely embarked on the "going global" strategy and steadily advanced its globalization drive. The company evolved through development stages focused on market expansion, brand and technology upgrading, as well as strategic layout and integration, ultimately forging its "core competencies".

Product & Technology: The company provides system solutions for four major systems, with continuously enhanced innovation capabilities and improved vertical supply chain integration. It is also actively expanding into emerging sectors.

人才理念及培养：从“用工管理”走向“价值共创”的质的飞跃，HCC推行是价值共创的生动体现。与此同时，积极开展产学研合作，构建人才发展新生态。全球雇员总数28210人，高等教育员工占比增长29.89%，海外管理输出40余人；

Talent Philosophy & Development: A qualitative leap from "workforce management" to "value co-creation", vividly embodied in the implementation of HCC. In the meantime, the Company actively promotes industry-university-research cooperation to build a new ecosystem for talent development. It has 28,210 employees worldwide, with the proportion of staff with higher education rising by 29.89 percentage points, and more than 40 management personnel dispatched overseas to share management expertise.

As overseas brands enter a critical stage for their next-generation core products, Zhongding’s mature global network has become a core competitive advantage.
