日本教师偷窥团伙被判决：利用教职偷拍学生，获刑三年缓刑五年

据日本共同社报道，日本一家法院周四对一个涉嫌教师偷窥团伙中的两名成员判处三年监禁、缓刑五年，罪名是拍摄学生不雅照片并在社交媒体上与其他教师分享。

名古屋地方法院对东京一所公立小学34岁教师泽田大树、北海道千岁市一所公立初中前教师柘野圭介作出上述判决，该团伙其他成员的判决将另行宣布。

该团伙共七人，大多为东京及四个县的在职及前教师，目前均已被起诉（All seven members of the group, mostly active and former teachers from Tokyo and four prefectures, have been indicted）。

这是针对该团伙成员的首例判决。法官村濑惠表示，泽田大树的行为是“性质明确、恶意明显（obvious and malicious）”的犯罪，他滥用了本应保护学生的教师职务之便。

村濑法官指出，之所以对其判处缓刑，是因为泽田已同意向受害学生家长支付赔偿金，并接受了相关心理治疗（Murase said that his term was suspended because he had agreed to pay compensation to the parents of the victims and had received therapy）。

判决书显示，2022年11月至2023年3月期间，泽田在东京某小学多次偷拍两名女学生的裙下内衣照片。2023年7月至9月，他还在两名当时9岁女童的泳衣上留下体液。

根据起诉书，现年 41岁的柘野在2023年9月至去年7月期间，使用笔形相机偷拍5名初中女生换衣服的画面（Tsugeno, 41, secretly shot images of five female junior high school students who were changing with a pen-shaped camera）。

2025年1月，柘野还闯入该校女生厕所，偷拍一名当时14岁女生的内衣照片（Tsugeno also broke into a girls' restroom at the school in January 2025 to take images of the underwear of a girl, then 14 years old）。
