央视网消息：国家统计局发布数据显示，2026年2月份，全国70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格环比降幅继续收窄。其中，一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格环比由上月下降0.3%转为持平。北京和上海均上涨0.2%。70个大中城市中，新建商品住宅销售价格环比上涨城市有10个，持平城市有7个，合计比上月增加9个。
