瑞财经 刘治颖3月3日，企查查APP信息显示，西贝近期在上海新设三家餐饮管理公司。这三家公司分别为上海李和餐饮管理有限公司、上海禄满堂餐饮管理有限公司、上海会聚缘餐饮管理有限公司。
三家公司经营范围均包含餐饮管理、企业管理等，且均由内蒙古西贝餐饮集团有限公司、上海好持餐饮管理合伙企业（有限合伙）共同持股。
