3月2日，澳柯玛（600336）发布公告，2026年2月28日，公司确定本次公开挂牌转让控股子公司青岛澳柯玛信息产业园有限公司55%股权事宜买受方为青岛京山轻机投资有限公司，成交价格为9246万元。按照该成交价格测算，公司预计将获得约3391万元的税前投资收益。
2025年前三季度，澳柯玛实现收入56.71亿元，归母净利润-906万元。
