格隆汇2月26日｜美国财政部表示，根据一项拟议规则，MBaer Merchant Bank AG接入美国金融体系的权限将被切断，因其向与俄罗斯和伊朗有关的非法行为者提供金融支持。美方称，该规则若敲定，将禁止适用该规则的美国金融机构为MBaer或代表其开立或维持代理行账户。该规则由财政部下属的金融犯罪执法网络提出。
