当地时间2月26日，乌克兰基辅市市长克利奇科通报称，当天俄军用导弹和无人机袭击了基辅市，袭击引发了火灾，火势已被扑灭，未造成人员伤亡，一些建筑物受损。
当天稍早时，乌克兰首都基辅传出多次爆炸声。
