曹县是全国有名的“戏窝子”，走出过马金凤、崔兰田等国宝级的戏曲名角。戏班多，戏迷更多。 当地利用闲置的剧院，让剧团定期表演，财政给兜底。 2019年，曹县正式推出了“一元剧场”。
