财联社2月8日电，西藏山南才朋风电项目首批机组8日正式并网发电，预计年发电量超2.23亿千瓦时，每年可节约标煤约6万吨，减少二氧化碳排放约16.4万吨，将有效增强当地能源保障能力，对践行“双碳”目标发挥积极作用。
