1月29日，百联股份（600827）发布公告，公司预计2025年归母净利润5.26亿元至7.9亿元，同比减少49.60%到66.44%左右；预计扣非归母净利润8500万元至1.28亿元。
公告指出，2025年度公司归母净利润下降主要系去年同期公司发行华安百联消费REIT取得的投资收益所致。
2025年前三季度，百联股份实现收入190.54亿元，归母净利润2.95亿元。
