人民财讯1月27日电，璞泰来(603659)1月27日公告，公司拟以现金方式收购宁波梅山保税港区昭如企业管理合伙企业(有限合伙)持有的乳源东阳光氟树脂有限公司（简称“乳源氟树脂”）5%股权，交易对价为2.4亿元。本次交易完成后，公司持有乳源氟树脂的股权比例将由55%上升至60%。
