阿拉维斯俱乐部宣布，体育仲裁法庭（TAS）已批准Facundo Garcés在针对国际足联纪律委员会于2025年9月25日做出并经国际足联上诉委员会于2025年11月3日确认的处罚的上诉程序框架内提出的临时停赛申请。
据此，正如体育仲裁法庭决议所示，“为期12个月的足球相关活动停赛处罚被临时暂停”。
在该临时措施有效期内，Facundo Garcés可正常开展职业活动，且不影响体育仲裁法庭后续就案件实质做出的裁决。因此，该球员将重新归队参与球队训练。
