1月22日，金科位于重庆两江新区的博翠未来项目相关资产将以2.38亿元起拍，拍卖时间为2026年1月29日。
根据公开资料整理，本次拍卖标的为北碚区蔡家组团L47-1/06地块的建设用地使用权及地上建筑物，该地块为金科2020年购入的博翠未来项目组成部分，土地面积70亩，可建规模10.55万方，目前部分楼栋及车库已建成但项目已停工。此次拍卖评估价约4.25亿元，起拍价为评估价的5.6折。
