1月19日，理工能科（002322）发布公告，王惠芬因个人原因申请辞去公司副经理、财务负责人职务。辞职后，王惠芬不再担任公司任何职务。
公告中提到，在未聘任新的财务负责人之前，暂由公司董事、经理于雪代为行使公司财务负责人职责。
2025年前三季度，理工能科实现收入6.16亿元，归母净利润1.38亿元。
