1月16日，日海智能（002313）发布公告，报告公司及控股子公司自2025年12月2日以来新增累计诉讼、仲裁案件共计8件，涉及金额合计1006万元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的15.13%。其中，公司及控股子公司作为原告的案件金额合计936万元，作为被告、被申请人的案件金额合计70万元。
2025年前三季度，日海智能实现收入20.07亿元，归母净利润-5480万元。
