乌克兰私营能源企业DTEK当地时间13日通报称，俄罗斯对该公司所属的一座热电厂发动了袭击，此次袭击造成该热电厂设备严重受损。目前，基辅全市已实施紧急停电。
DTEK公司称，这是自2025年10月以来其热电厂遭受的第八次大规模袭击。
俄罗斯方面目前对此暂无回应。
