财联社1月13日电，据新华社报道，委内瑞拉外长希尔12日表示，委内瑞拉与意大利将提升双边外交关系，并互派大使。希尔当天在社交媒体发文说，上述共识是在其与意大利外长安东尼奥·塔亚尼通电话后达成的。希尔表示，委方高度重视两国之间的历史和文化纽带。
