证券日报网12月30日讯 ，芯原股份在接受调研者提问时表示，公司公告拟以天遂芯愿为收购主体收购逐点半导体的控制权。本次收购完成后，公司的图像前处理IP与逐点半导体的图像后处理IP相结合，将为手机客户提供一套完整的图像处理方案，提升公司在显示后处理IP领域的竞争力。
