北京商报讯（记者李秀梅）12月30日，国家金融监督管理总局云南监管局发布行政处罚信息显示，中国大地财产保险股份有限公司玉溪中心支公司及相关责任人，存在给予投保人合同外利益的行为，玉溪金融监管分局对大地财险玉溪中心支公司予以罚款10万元；对熊俊予以警告并罚款1万元。
