京哈高速改扩建路段通车后，焕然一新的交投集团凌海服务区成为辽宁省最大的高速服务区。服务区以“美食天堂·辽西明珠”为设计定位，引入多家知名餐饮品牌和本土特色美食，通过“服务区+旅游”“服务区+商贸”，将高速流量转化为消费留量。
