12月29日，鲍斯股份（300441）发布公告，控股股东怡诺鲍斯集团有限公司所持有的870万股股份于2025年12月26日解除质押，占其所持股份的2.95%及公司总股本的1.35%；截至公告披露日，怡诺鲍斯集团累计质押股份为1.75亿股，占其持股总数的59.43%及公司总股本的28.52%。
2025年前三季度，鲍斯股份实现收入12.61亿元，归母净利润1.61亿元。
