1时15分，一辆电动二轮摩托车驶入卡点，经对驾驶人邓某某进行呼气式酒精检测，检测结果为82mg/100mL，邓某某涉嫌醉酒后驾驶机动车，民警将其带至医院提取血样。当民警询问邓某某驾驶证状态是否正常时，邓称“以前我有驾驶证，但现在没了，因为醉驾被吊销了，而且上一次也是在同样地点，也是骑车出去为了吃粉”。
