2025年1 2 月 8 日 17 时许， 李某 驾驶 无牌二轮摩托车 途经 孝义市中和路与府前街十字口 时被查获， 呼气式酒精检测结果为 79 mg/100ml。核查发现其20 18 年 1月曾因 醉酒驾驶被处罚 ，此次构成二次酒驾， 重新领取的机动车驾驶证将 被依法 吊销，并处罚款及十五日以下 行政拘留 。
