12月25日消息，博茨瓦纳竞争与消费者管理局网站日前发布公告称，West International New Building Materials公司拟收购南非水泥集团AfriSam及其子公司100%普通股，该机构已收到相关合并申报。公告未披露财务细节。
声明称，West International New Building Materials由尧柏国际控股有限公司全资拥有并完全控制，后者隶属于西部水泥有限公司。
AfriSam为南非主要水泥企业，其业务覆盖南非、莱索托和斯威士兰等多国。（界面新闻 汪维喆）
