财联社12月24日电，天益医疗(301097.SZ)公告称，公司收到宁波市市场监督管理局下发的《行政处罚告知书》，因涉嫌未按照经注册的产品技术要求组织生产第三类医疗器械血液净化装置的体外循环血路，拟被处罚没收违法生产的医疗器械7170套、没收违法所得523.27万元、罚款878.52万元。
