12月24日，印度企业巴蒂集团（Bharat Enterprises）与华平投资（Warburg Pincus）宣布，对海尔集团旗下子公司海尔印度进行战略投资。交易完成后，巴蒂集团与华平投资将共同持有海尔印度49%的股权，海尔集团保留剩余49%股权，其余股权由海尔印度管理团队持有。
