北京商报讯（记者 张君花）12月22日，广博股份发布公告称，公司于2025年12月22日召开第八届董事会第二十一次会议，审议通过了《关于回购股份集中竞价减持计划的议案》，根据公司于2024年7月16日披露的《回购报告书》之约定用途，同意公司以集中竞价方式减持已回购股份不超过182.08万股，占公司总股本的0.34%，减持期间为自本减持计划公告之日起15个交易日之后三个月内。
