预防接种门诊搬迁通知
居民朋友们：
根据工作安排，自12月17日起，搬经镇卫生院预防接种门诊由原搬经镇卫生所（顺帆路16号）搬迁至搬经镇卫生院新院区（潘泾路26号）一楼儿童预防保健部，12月18日（周四）上午门诊停诊，12月20日（周六）正常开诊。
预防接种门诊安排如下：
预防接种：每周二、周四、周六8:00至11:00
新生儿建卡：每周一14:00至16:30
（法定假日除外）
正常开诊后联系电话80570600，原联系电话88504130停止使用。
