12月5日，中联重科（000157/01157）发布公告，股东和一盛投资办理了1.4亿股股份质押，占其所持股份的20.52%及公司总股本的1.62%；同时解除质押1.5亿股，占其所持股份的21.99%及公司总股本的1.73%。
截至公告披露日，和一盛投资累计质押股份为2.88亿股，占其持股总数的42.14%。
2025年前三季度，中联重科实现收入371.56亿元，归母净利润39.20亿元。
