12月5日，据河南省财政厅消息，河南在深圳成功发行政府债券53.3742亿元，其中：30年期新增专项债券34.2249亿元，发行利率2.48%，用于补充政府性基金财力；20年期新增专项债券8.0234亿元，发行利率2.49%，用于存量政府投资项目；20年期再融资专项债券11.1259亿元，发行利率2.48%，用于置换存量隐性债务。
