12月5日，华电科工（601226）发布公告，公司因经理层成员职责变化，吴沛骏不再担任董事会秘书职务，但仍担任副总经理。董事会决定聘任黄坚为新董事会秘书，任期自董事会审议通过之日起生效，至本届董事会届满为止。
吴沛骏的离任时间为2025年12月5日，原定任期到期日为2026年9月6日。离任原因是经理层成员职责变化。
2025年前三季度，华电科工实现收入65.34亿元，归母净利润1.20亿元。
