IT之家 11 月 20 日消息，西班牙一家法院当地时间周四表示，已下令 Facebook 的母公司 Meta 向当地媒体机构支付 4.79 亿欧元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 39.38 亿元人民币）的赔偿金，原因是其存在“不正当竞争”行为。
根据判决，马德里商事法院裁定，Meta 违反欧盟数据保护规定，在其社交媒体平台上投放广告，从而获得了“显著的竞争优势”。
