11月18日，武汉市自然资源和城乡建设局决定以拍卖方式出让27宗地块的国有建设用地使用权。本次拍卖出让地块网上拍卖时间为2025年12月9日9时30分起。其中，新洲区双柳9宗地块挂牌，含2宗共16万方建面商业地块。
