RIMBACO(01953)公布，于2025年11月18日，该公司间接全资附属Rimbaco拟向Critical M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd.出售该等地块，总代价为1145万令吉。
该等地块包括两幅空置且尚未开发的地块，分别位于(i)Perak Road Jelutong(名为Geran 10843, Lot No.616,Seksyen1,Bandar Jelutong, Daerah Timor Laut, Pulau Pinang)，占地面积约为22,625平方英尺;及(ii)Geran 10844,Lot No.618, Seksyen 1,Bandar Jelutong, Daerah Timor Laut, Pulau Pinang，占地面积约为3,485平方英尺。
经计及集团的当前财务状况及未来流动资金需求，以及马来西亚房地产市场前景后，董事认为，出售事项为公司按合理价格变现该等地块(目前为空置且尚未开发)价值的良机，而出售事项的所得款项将改善集团的财务状况并增加一般营运资金。
