德州齐河县一群众因收到内含“抽奖必中”卡的来历不明快递，扫码下载软件后被骗3万余元。警方接到报警后迅速侦查，成功打掉一个为诈骗窝点引流的犯罪团伙，在外地仓库内查扣来历不明快递10余万件，并抓获6名犯罪嫌疑人。
