11月17日，中红医疗（300981）发布公告，董事会秘书张琳波因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
同时，公司于2025年11月17日召开董事会，聘任邓伟为新的董事会秘书，任期至第四届董事会任期结束。邓伟将参加深圳证券交易所的董事会秘书资格培训，待取得培训证明后正式履行职责。
2025年前三季度，中红医疗实现收入18.64亿元，归母净利润-721万元。
