证券日报网讯11月16日晚间，中伟股份发布公告称，公司正在进行H股发行并在香港联交所主板上市相关工作。全球发售H股基础发行股数为104，225，400股，其中香港公开发售10，422，600股；国际发售93，802，800股。根据每股H股发售价34.00港元计算，公司将收取的全球发售所得款项净额估计约为34.3261亿港元。
