11月12日，第十五届全国运动会举重女子64公斤级决赛在广东东莞举行。代表成都体育学院参赛的方淋，以抓举113公斤、挺举136公斤、总成绩249公斤，夺得她职业生涯中的首枚全运会金牌，重庆选手李霜获银牌，福建选手杨柳月获铜牌。
