彭博周一援引知情人士消息报道，Verizon通讯公司（Verizon Communications）计划在公司债券市场筹集约 100 亿美元，为其与边疆通讯公司（Frontier Communications）的交易提供资金支持。
报道称，这家无线运营商已于当日早些时候提交了分五批发行债券的申请，但未披露债券发行总额。其中最长期限品种为 40 年期债券，其初始定价讨论区间为较美国国债收益率高出约 1.6 个百分点。
对于路透社的置评请求，Verizon暂未立即回应。
