首旅酒店（600258）发布公告，携程旅游信息技术（上海）有限公司于2025年11月10日通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份数量达到2521万股，占公司总股本的2.26%。
此次权益变动前，携程上海持股比例为12.26%，减持后持股比例降至10.00%，触及1%刻度及5%整倍数。
2025年前三季度，首旅酒店实现收入57.82亿元，归母净利润7.55亿元。
