据韩国特勤局NIS称，朝鲜向俄罗斯派遣了更多军队。据韩国官方通讯社韩联社援引议会情报委员会的报道，自9月以来，约有5000个用于建筑工作的军事单位和另外1000个用于排雷工作的先锋被转移到俄罗斯。
据称，俄乌边境附近还集结着近10000名朝鲜士兵。
