当地时间11月3日，白俄罗斯已立法禁止在波兰和立陶宛注册的货运车辆在白俄罗斯境内通行，以此作为对波、立两国关闭与白俄罗斯边境的回应。
据悉，白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科已于10月31日签署了相关法令，该限制措施将持续至2027年12月31日。（央视新闻）
