格隆汇10月26日｜据中指监测，2025年9月22日-2025年10月12日，华东区重点城市上海、杭州、苏州累计开盘91次，共推出房源7720套，相比上月开盘量增加。其中上海4570套，杭州2969套，苏州181套。综合来看，华东地区本月开盘量增加，个盘去化良好。
