10月23日，南排河镇政府联合市场监管局在辖区巡查中发现一辆货车正在卸载散煤，现场依法查处，收缴散煤40袋。
经查明，该车车主赵某，为外县人，从外县某煤场配货，运送散煤至南排河镇沈家堡村，涉嫌散煤违法运输销售。目前已将散煤集中查扣暂存，并移交市场监管部门进一步查处。
