东南网10月22日讯 为进一步方便施工期间三明市城关片区市民的出行，自即日起9路、D9路、10路往台江方向增加停靠三元百货站；D13路下行自省安小区始发，运行至一中站点后，改经沙洲路、江滨南路、青年路右转后，按原线路运行。待道路施工完毕后恢复原线路运行。
