格隆汇10月21日丨五矿资源(01208.HK)发布公告，公司已就拟更换核数师事宜与德勤沟通，德勤将于公司来年的股东周年大会(将于2026年5月28日举行)(股东周年大会)结束后终止担任公司的核数师。董事会经公司审核及风险管理委员会建议，决议委任安永会计师事务所为公司新任核数师，以接替即将退任的德勤。该委任须待公司股东于股东周年大会上批准。
